To ensure a smooth return experience, please make sure your item meets these criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused — items must be in their original condition
- All tags attached — returns without tags cannot be accepted
- Original packaging — include any boxes, dust bags, or inserts
- Free from stains, fragrance, pet hair, or any signs of wear
- Initiated within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery
Step-by-Step Return Process
Log In & Find Your Order
Sign in to your Resham Vastram account and navigate to My Orders. Locate the item you wish to return.
Submit Your Request
Click Request Return, select a reason, and choose your preferred refund method — original payment method or store credit.
Schedule a Free Pickup
Select a convenient date and time window. Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep at no charge.
Pack & Handover
Pack the item securely with all tags attached and the original packaging. Hand it to the pickup agent and keep the receipt.
Refund Processing
Once received at our warehouse, we perform a quality check and initiate your refund within 24 hours of approval.

Exchange Information
Tip: For the fastest experience with size exchanges, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. This avoids processing delays. If you need a different colour or style, please initiate a return and place a fresh order.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@reshamvastram.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly.
